Classic Adjustable Lumbar Support:
The classic lumbar option features a height-adjustable pad that can be moved
up or down on the back of the chair to target your specific areas of support. This configuration
provides direct, familiar pressure on the lower back and is often preferred by users who
want a straightforward, upright-support experience.
PostureFit SL Support:
For advanced spinal stabilization, PostureFit SL uses two independent pads that
support both the sacrum and lower lumbar. Each pad flexes individually to help maintain the
spine’s natural “S” curve and deliver adjustable, long-duration support
that reduces fatigue during extended sitting.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.5 / 5 from 58 reviews.
Aeron Chair was in like new condition. Base completely assembled so you only need to slide in the seat back and screw in the 4 allen bolts. This chair is amazing and for the price it was worth having to tighten a single Torx bolt. Would buy again from Chairorama.
I love this chair. It’s unbelievable that it’s refurbished. I tried buying from other sellers but they were like very used. THIS IS NEW! Very solid construction and assembly way easy using the included wrench and a phillips screwdriver. I purchased the adjustable lumbar support which was easy to install and is really helping reduce my back pain. The chairs are custom built with many color options available. The Aeron Task Chair has been manufactured since 2006 and all parts are replaceable. This chair was built to last and has many adjustments so that it can be tailored to one's comfort needs.
I'm a graphic designer and I always wanted one of these chairs. I found it here at a great price and It truly lives up to all expectations. I'm happy, my back is happy, we are all supremely happy! I have been using the chair for about a few weeks now, and I really like it. First, the build quality is excellent. The materials are top notch, and it feels substantial and sturdy. Very nicely made. Looks stylishly modern. I find the various tilt settings very useful. The forward setting promotes good posture while working. The chair has an adjustable stop which limits the distance you can lean back to some fully adjustable amount. You can lock the chair in the upright position or allow it to go fully back and everything in between. It's a great feature. I generally like to lean back only a slight amount when relaxing. Ordinary office chairs won't allow this. The lumbar support is adequate and seems to promote healthy posture.
I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron Executive Office Chair-Size B-Fully Adjustable Arms-lumbar Support. I had some apprehension about placing the order, but I was pleasantly surprised. The chair smelled and looked new. The chair was delivered within the date range specified. Great experience.
The Aeron chair arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. A sheet of paper with instructions was in the box but my husband still watched a YouTube video to ensure he was properly installing and hooking up the posture fit correctly. My husband specifically got it for the posture feature as he just had lumbar spinal fusion and laminectomy and needs to ensure proper posture and support while sitting. He works in the tech industry and sits for long periods of time so this chair is perfect. Great chair, great investment, and excellent fulfillment by Chairorama!
Purchase came in a huge box on time completely in 2 pieces. The packaging instructions pretty simplified for my husband (his xmas gift) to put together. So far he's very happy with the fit of chair and features too. I think possibly purchasing headrest attachment for Valentine's day. Will wait till see!
I asked Chairorama if the shipment could be expedited since this was a last minute Christmas present. I ordered it Sat Dec 16 and it was shipped Mon Dec 18. Now that's first rate service! The chair is beautiful and my husband is thrilled!
I received this chair today within the estimated range of delivery date. It came in a large box which fit through the front door but was on the heavy side. The chair in two pieces -- the back was wrapped in plastic separate from the seat and base. Directions for how to adjust the chair were attached to the base along with an allen wrench. The directions for how to adjust the chair were very straightforward and easy to understand. The chair is fabulous, works perfectly and feels so much better than what I have been accustomed to. What a deal!
Very happy with the reconditioned chairs. This is the 2nd time we've bought reconditioned Herman Miller. I didn't realize how bad the old chairs had gotten until we sat in these new ones. MUCH better!! Not crazy about the 3rd party tracking and communications are sketchy but the products are good. They could actually print the assembly instruction large enough to read without a magnifying glass. Overall, happy. Will buy from them again.
I enjoy working more with this chair because I can adjust the chair to align with my workstation and height. My productivity has increased, and my work quality improved.
After just a few weeks of using the Herman Miller chair, I started feeling relief from the back trouble I developed due to sitting for many hours. The chair has dramatically influenced my attitude to work.
I got tired of the cheap chair I was using for work; I decided to replace it with a better chair. While searching for a chair that would serve my purpose, I read up the chair's description and decided to opt for it. A decision that brought a solution to my back pain as a result of prolonged sitting. Aeron chair is the best.
The chair is attractive and fits in for most decors aside from its health benefits. I ordered the silver and black. My spouse made me order 2 of the chair for his office use.
If you haven't tried other products, you'd think the best one you are using. After some years, I decided to purchase Herman Miller chairs due to the firsthand experience with them after changing my office chair. I am delighted with this chair. The quality is topnotch, and the adjustment is excellent; I can easily adjust the chair to suit and support the sitting position I want. The assembling is made easy by just affixing four-bolt bolts to the back of the chair. The material used is comfortable; I no longer have to sweat during heat weather.
Being a cost manager, I'd always want to get value for every dime I spend. I was skeptical of ordering this chair because I wondered what value a chair would give more than resting my ass. The comfort and the features of this changed my perspective. It's worth the money.
I wanted to get an Aeron chair but could not justify the cost. I finally decided to get one. No doubt it is never a waste of money. The adjustability is excellent, the quality and material are lovely. Indeed Aeron chair has maintained its name and integrity.
My colleagues thought I was crazy when placing the order for this chair. I spend most of my time working on my desk; purchasing a chair with an adjustable armrest that accommodates my total weight while resting on it is a great decision I made. All I can say is amazing!!!
Since I have been using this chair, I have been able to sit for prolonged hours without leg and back pain. Though the chair is quite expensive, your comfort is essential to increase your productivity if you use it for work. You can't afford the cost of low productivity with the price you save getting a cheap chair.
My employer got worried because the employees were not meeting up with the daily trial. After many attempts to improve our productivity, he opted to change the chairs and order Aeron chairs. The employees become happier and healthier, which in turn boosts productivity.
I often experience swelling and numbness on my legs after working for long hours. This chair is adjustable to 90-degree, it allows my blood to circulate properly, and I don't have to experience swelling legs again. Thanks, Aeron chairs.
I have this chair in my office; assembling this chair took me a few minutes. It gives my back and lumbar support. I love this chair so much that I bought another for my home.
It is a wonderful chair for working on a computer! Just like I have for my office, I also got one for my home office. This chair provides me with the support and the comfort my back needs. I recommend this chair; I have used it for many years, it's the best for long hour sitting.
Often, looking out to purchase with the description given doesn't match what you get. But in this case, the description provided by the seller is precisely what the chair is. I love this chair. It arrived earlier than expected and was easy to assemble. I have one for my office; I won't hesitate to get one for my home house. It is worth the price.
Aeron chair appeared to be new, with nothing showing it was opened and assembled. I experienced difficulty attaching the back, and it took me about 12 minutes to assemble the chair.
Adjustment: The chair can be adjusted in several ways. Two of the adjustment limits the chair's movement resting forward or back. While adjusting my position throughout the day, I mostly tend to allow the chair to move fully, which supports me. The height of the chair can also be adjusted and is sturdier than other chairs. The tension control is the last adjustment, and this is probably the vital one. The action of the chair is loose. When you get the chair, the first thing to do is adjust the tension to provide you with the support that is not too tense. I had to adjust slightly for a few days to get to the point that gives enough support and feels good. The company makes available on their website videos on how to make all the adjustments. Getting the adjustment adequately made the chair to be comfortable than when I unpacked it from the box.
Quality: The quality of the chair is high. The armrests of the chair that bump and cause side-to-side movement displeases me. Preferably, something could be done to make them more firm. The back and seat made of mesh are comforted and adjustable to your body. The chair perfectly supports my 6-foot height and 220 pounds weight. The plastic used for the frame is very sturdy and does not fold or bend even while gaming intensely.
Overall: This chair prevents the pain and discomfort I experience from sitting for prolonged hours, causing me to slump in my chairs, with my bottom out towards the edge and my back curved. I enjoy more comfort using this chair. It's really worth the money.
I recommend this chair for anyone looking to buy a chair built in good quality, easy assembling, and adjustable to your liking. Though the lumbar pad is good, it can still be improved.
My dream of sitting in a Herman Miller Aeron Chair at Home has come true, even with a 50 percent discount. For about five years, I have used one at work. I have always wanted one at home where I do most of my work, rather than the home office chair I was using. Now, I have the chair fully loaded with adjustable arm length and lumbar support at a lesser cost than what a typical HM Aeron goes for. Thanks to Madison Seating. You have just gotten yourself a new fan Madison Seating! I was lucky to receive it within 2days; all I had to do was assemble the chair back, using four Allen bolts. I couldn't but give kudos to myself for making such a decision.
Deciding to buy a used/ refurbished chair made me feel nervous. When I received the chair, I would have thought it was new. The packing and assembling are amazing and simple!
I have spent 4-8hours on this chair daily since I bought it a few months ago. The chair is durable and comfortable; it doesn't hurt my back due to sitting for long hours. I watched the Herman Miller Video, which educated me on the best sitting positions I wasn't aware of. If I ever want to buy a refurbished chair again, it will be a Herman Miller chair.
My height and weight contributed to the pain I suffered in my back and leg. I work for long hours sitting. It was a relief purchasing this chair. It allows me to sit conveniently through its adjustability for the armrest and lumbar support. Thanks to Aeron for saving me from sweaty back, leg, and back pain.
The nature of my job requires me to sit for long hours reading and writing. Over time, I have suffered back and leg pain. Coming across reviews from others using this chair prompted me to place an order. The delivery was timely, and it brought an end to my pain.
Running our software company from home means a lot of hours sitting and coding. We wanted to treat the purchase as an investment to improve productivity. I opted for this chair after reading available reviews for higher-end chairs. I am glad about my choice. The assembling is stress-free, arrived timely, and well packaged.
