WARRANTY 

www.chairorama.com strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All new Chairorama products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and renewed products have a 12-year service warranty (unless stated otherwise), along with a 3-year mechanical warranty. Items purchased under FINAL SALE will not include warranty coverage. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, intentional damage. To be replaced by warranty all the items that require repair  must be sent back to our warehouse location, shipping charges apply.

Service warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, mesh/fabric  replacement. Other chair parts like casters, arm pads, posture fit and lumbar support can be bought on our website.
