WARRANTY
www.chairorama.com strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All new Chairorama products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and renewed products have a 12-year service warranty (unless stated otherwise), along with a 3-year mechanical warranty. Items purchased under FINAL SALE will not include warranty coverage. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, intentional damage. To claim warranty, customers must send the products that needs repair to chairorama warehouse (shipping charges apply)
Service warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, mesh/fabric replacement. Other chair parts like casters, arm pads, posture fit and lumbar support can be bought on our website.
