Adjustment: The chair can be adjusted in several ways. Two of the adjustment limits the chair's movement resting forward or back. While adjusting my position throughout the day, I mostly tend to allow the chair to move fully, which supports me. The height of the chair can also be adjusted and is sturdier than other chairs. The tension control is the last adjustment, and this is probably the vital one. The action of the chair is loose. When you get the chair, the first thing to do is adjust the tension to provide you with the support that is not too tense. I had to adjust slightly for a few days to get to the point that gives enough support and feels good. The company makes available on their website videos on how to make all the adjustments. Getting the adjustment adequately made the chair to be comfortable than when I unpacked it from the box.
Quality: The quality of the chair is high. The armrests of the chair that bump and cause side-to-side movement displeases me. Preferably, something could be done to make them more firm. The back and seat made of mesh are comforted and adjustable to your body. The chair perfectly supports my 6-foot height and 220 pounds weight. The plastic used for the frame is very sturdy and does not fold or bend even while gaming intensely.
Overall: This chair prevents the pain and discomfort I experience from sitting for prolonged hours, causing me to slump in my chairs, with my bottom out towards the edge and my back curved. I enjoy more comfort using this chair. It's really worth the money.

The bolt is screwed from the back, not from the side, unlike every other office chair, which gives the seat a solid nature. It has a solid metal base that prevents every possible breakage, and the arm is independent of the structural integrity of the whole chair. The screw used to attach the back to the base feels stronger than some welding I have seen. The little plastic used on the chair is firm and seems more durable than ABC plastic. The cushion of the chair is the awesome part. The less than 3mm material used seems stronger than a 6 inches foam. Willingness to spend $880 on this chair depends on how much value you place on your comfort and how often you want to replace your chair. I will rather save $1500 in the next 12 years on chair replacement with a 100% 12years, three-shift warranty. Aeron chairs mainly go for $450-$500 even after many years of use. I want the best tools to get my job done and keep to get the best quality. If you sit at your desk all day, then the Aeron chair is best for you.

I'm a graphic designer and I always wanted one of these chairs. I found it here at a great price and It truly lives up to all expectations. I'm happy, my back is happy, we are all supremely happy! I have been using the chair for about a few weeks now, and I really like it. First, the build quality is excellent. The materials are top notch, and it feels substantial and sturdy. Very nicely made. Looks stylishly modern. I find the various tilt settings very useful. The forward setting promotes good posture while working. The chair has an adjustable stop which limits the distance you can lean back to some fully adjustable amount. You can lock the chair in the upright position or allow it to go fully back and everything in between. It's a great feature. I generally like to lean back only a slight amount when relaxing. Ordinary office chairs won't allow this. The lumbar support is adequate and seems to promote healthy posture.

A sheet of paper with instructions was in the box but my husband still watched a YouTube video to ensure he was properly installing and hooking up the posture fit correctly. I received this chair today within the estimated range of delivery date. It came in a large box which fit through the front door but was on the heavy side. The chair in two pieces -- the back was wrapped in plastic separate from the seat and base. Directions for how to adjust the chair were attached to the base along with an allen wrench. The directions for how to adjust the chair were very straightforward and easy to understand. The chair is fabulous, works perfectly and feels so much better than what I have been accustomed to. What a deal!
