WARRANTY 

WWW.CHAIRORAMA.COM  strives to provide every customer 100% satisfaction. We provide (1) YEAR warranty on all new products that are sold on our website from the manufacturer directly. All other renewed products have a (3) YEAR service warranty unless otherwise mentioned on product page. Items purchased under FINAL SALE will not include warranty coverage. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, intentional damage. To be replaced by warranty all the items that require repair  must be sent back to our warehouse location, shipping charges may apply.

Service warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, mesh/fabric  replacement. Other chair parts like casters, arm pads, posture fit and lumbar support can be bought on our website.

USA Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product(s) for whatever reason , the item(s) may be returned to us with in 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received. All items must be received in the original box and packaging material.A photo or video of a damaged item is required as proof and any damage or discrepancy  of item(s) must be reported with in 24 hours of delivery. A  15 % restocking fee will be applied on returned items unless otherwise specified on product page. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error, a restocking fee of up to 50% of item’s price may be applied. Items purchased under FINAL SALE will not be covered under 30 day return policy. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS PAST 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once the carrier tracking information shows carrier has received items from us, all items are considered fulfilled and received in full, any claim of non-receipt could not be lodged against us. In order to qualify for a free return shipping, items must be packed in the original box we shipped. We suggest to save the original box and packaging material in case the item needs to be returned. We will not provide a box for a free return, you may purchase boxes from us for a fee.  Return label provided from us must be used in order to be eligible for free shipping. We will not reimburse for the cost of any other return shipping if other shipping services are used. We should not be held responsible in the event carrier loses an item or for delivery to a wrong address. We should not be held responsible in the event items were stolen in transit or after delivery was made. We will charge shipping charges for any shipment that is refused.

 

 

 

Canada Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hudson Modern Seating, 1245 E 16th Street Wilmington,Delaware,19802,USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item other than the chair being damaged in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
