USA Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product(s) for whatever reason , the item(s) may be returned to us with in 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received. All items must be received in the original box and packaging material.A photo or video of a damaged item is required as proof and any damage or discrepancy of item(s) must be reported with in 24 hours of delivery. A 15 % restocking fee will be applied on returned items unless otherwise specified on product page. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error, a restocking fee of up to 50% of item’s price may be applied. Items purchased under FINAL SALE will not be covered under 30 day return policy. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS PAST 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once the carrier tracking information shows carrier has received items from us, all items are considered fulfilled and received in full, any claim of non-receipt could not be lodged against us. In order to qualify for a free return shipping, items must be packed in the original box we shipped. We suggest to save the original box and packaging material in case the item needs to be returned. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
